Am attempting to work up the willpower to either do work or edit ficlets. I slept fifteen hours yesterday; why am I so fucking tired? And the ficlets have grown to knee-height and are running around like brats, hitting each other and being too loud for the comfort of the neighbors. I'm thinking of locking them all in the basement to let them fight it out and only raising the survivor.

Cowboy Bebop may be the best fucking anime ever. I'm convinced of this. There isn't a single wasted episode, and the ending song is heartbreaking. Heartbreaking.

In this/last week's edition of the New Yorker, there's a rather adorable picture of Alan Rickman as Elyot from Noel Coward's Private Lives gnawing on Lindsay Duncan, who plays Elyot's exwife. It's a cute picture, and ( Lahr has the following to say about Rickman's performance (aside from calling him a 'theatrical grandee'): )
