Qui-Gon Jinn/Hatake Kakashi:
They're both teacherly types with a taste for rebellion and a distaste for orthodoxy! They're both figher-y dudes who've had students go totally motherfucking bonkers! Both of them have facial deformities -- Qui-Gon has that giant nose with the bump in the middle, and Kakashi is, um, missing an eye?

They'd get along, man, and be the most laid-back couple. Ever.

Ben Kenobi/Tom Riddle:
Is it possible for anybody have a relationship with Tom Riddle? I don't mean getting bent over a piece of furniture and fucked with a prefect cane -- I mean a real, honest to goodness relationship, no matter how dysfunctional. In the case in which it's theoretically possible, I think Old Ben is one of the few people who has the backbone to pull it off. And might, um, manage it and not end up, uh, dead or ground into shrieking little snake bits.

I know. The HP/Star Wars possibilites are just screaming out at you.

Dan Rydell/Anakin Skywalker:
lfkj;lidfh. In some demented corner of my brain, I could actually see this. Not while Anakin is a baby, and not while Anakin is James Earl Jones, but in between Dan and Anakin could sit around and talk about daddy issues and bond over, uh, following their true loves from one broadcasting market/corner of the Republic to the other.

Dana Whitaker/Umino Iruka:
Another couple that is, uh, relatively plausible. I clearly should start shipping because, really, while Iruka isn't as high-powered as Dana usually likes her men, he'd treat her right. They could go to Broadway shows together, and he'd teach her the ninja way of capturing a broadcast. She'd defrost turkeys for him on the rigging.

They'd be adorable despite the, um, huge size difference. *_*

If I had more of a brain, by the way, I would do what [livejournal.com profile] throughadoor does here. Alas, I can't come up with anything near the brilliance of that, so. Just go read it. VARITEK/BRISTOW OMG. <3

PS: Yes, I know, the domain is broken and that the site is down, etc, etc, etc. <3

Hello - I'm sending from hotmail, as my Outlook is not working. scarlettmoon sent me the link to your Snucius story, and being (as you probably know) Snucius' biggest fan I just wanted to email my appreciation of such a lovely story. The thing I love about Snucius, is that, in my corner of the fandom at least, everyone writes it differently, and this is yet another take on their relationship, and one I really liked, Lucius using Severus, but still being drawn to him, almost against his will, and Severus burning for Lucius and letting himself be used. The part about being so lonely with the touch of another's skin against yours just broke me apart. Really wonderful. xxx

and of course I didn't send my hotmail at all, as I sent via comments.

You know, I really deserve forty for not getting back to this comment earlier. *facepalms* Um, I suck?

But I'm glad you liked the fic. It's the one of the few times that I've ever written Snape/Lucius, but yeah, you know? People tend to write the need as being all on one side, but I sort of think that both of them are a little too proud for that sort of thing.
